Chorister Bertie Sings to Worldwide Audience

We are incredibly proud of chorister, Bertie M who not only sang a solo on Radio 3 last Wednesday 10th October, but also had a piece he had composed sung by the Cathedral choir on Friday 12th October.
The Cathedral choir sang Evensong live on Radio 3 which is listened to by approximately a quarter of a million listeners worldwide. Bertie sang the solo in the Magnificat by Parry.
On Friday the choir sang the Psalm to a chant which Bertie had composed as part of a school project. This was a four part piece of music which the choir chanted Psalm 131 to.
