Life as a Benedictine Monk

On Thursday 11th January, Lower Prep went time travelling to live life as a Benedictine Monk would have done during the medieval times. We learned about the different jobs they had to do, the food they ate and discovered more about the Cathedral building as it used to be. It was a fantastic afternoon and we even learned some new skills such as writing latin script using a quill and ink and making herb bags to help us sleep!
