In the first matches of the season King’s Second Form teams thrived, winning their first matches of the season with the A team winning 27-6 against St Peter's and the B team winning 8-3. The second two matches went quite well with the A’s winning 11-6 against Chosen Hill, however, the B’s were not so fortunate and lost 13-6 against Chosen Hill’s A team.

Congratulations to the players of the match who were Pippa L and Evie G (A Team) and Chloe H and Hattie S (B Team)

We interviewed Mrs Phillips, The B Team coach, who said:

"On Saturday 25th January they played with a lot more confidence which made a big difference. An advantage was Chloe Hyett’s height in the shooting circle, she converted a lot more shots than in the match on Thursday 23rd. My player of the match was Flora H, playing in Centre, as she made a big difference and I think the most improved is Emily P as she had improved a lot from Thursday's match to Saturday's match. However, they played very well as a team together."
