Second Form pupils compete in Chemistry Festival

Second Form pupils Daisy, Isla, Fran and Olive attended the Salters’ Festival of Chemistry hosted by Bristol University Chemistry Department recently.

Competing against pupils from 12 schools from across the South West, the King's girls gained second prize in the first competition in which they had to discover the identity of trace samples from a crime scene using physical and chemical test techniques, work as an effective team and write up their findings.

A great experience which they all thoroughly enjoyed.
