Lower Prep Explore Gloucester Cathedral

Lower Prep enjoyed a full day of activities inside Gloucester Cathedral, exploring the full and rich history of this very special building.

It was particularly exciting to have a tour of the crypt and walk in the footsteps of the monks who worshiped in the chapels beneath the nave. The children were later treated to a selection of monastic-themed craft sessions, including stained glass window painting, brass rubbings and clay gargoyle modelling.
